What stays on your device
Everything you enter into the tool is processed in your browser. Saved work is kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
That includes everything about the homes you check: answers, notes, profile toggles (such as memory changes or wheelchair use), budgets and ticked-off fixes. It lives under one key in local storage. The backup and family files you download contain the same data; they go wherever you send them, so share them only with people you trust.
What we store
- Beta list. If you join it, we store your email address, the option you picked and the page you joined from, to email you about this tool. Nothing else, and we never sell or share it.
- Anonymous usage counts. When you use a feature we record the event name, the page and your country (from the network), plus coarse counts such as how many hazards a plan has in a bucket like 5–14 or which profile toggle was switched. Never your answers, notes or anything you typed. No cookies, no identifiers, no IP addresses, nothing you typed.

Your rights
To see or delete your beta-list entry, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply to it, and we will delete it within 30 days.
